Rome.

My Roman holiday was exceptionally splendid. I in all probability had gained a few extra pounds because of the gelato that I gobble every day.

So much to explore, so much to see and so many great dishes to savour... I wasn’t able to experience all of them in this trip but I will definitely go back and do everything.

Here are some of my favorite photographs.

The Colosseo.

My Roman attire for the day. A simple summer dress and my favorite gladiators.

The loveliest fountain in the world. Fontana de Trevi.

Enjoying my Nocciola Gelato at the Fontana de Trevi.

Saint Peter's Square.

I love Saint Peter's Basilica.

Michaelangelo's The Pieta.

Tapestries by the famous Raphael.

We became an audience to the Pope.

Saint Paul's Basilica sad to say was empty. We were the only ones wandering around. Another sad truth.

The Holy Door. Opens only every 25 years.

Piazza Rovere.

Can't get enough of them.

Oh how I love this.

And this too... Which I happened to finish all by myself.

The famous Limoncelo. Someone once told me to must try it when in Italy. I definitely did. But funny is that I had a different Limoncelo in mind, I thought of Lemonade and all those summer coolers. Instead, I thought very wrong for it was so strong.

A picturesque chapel.

Sunset at Saint Peter's Basilica. Our last night in Rome. Oh how I love Sunsets. Everywhere in the world, it's just lovely.

Paris, I'm in love.

I instantaneously fell in love with Paris the moment we landed in the Roissy Airport. It was love at first sight I suppose.

No words in writing can elucidate how breathtaking it was to be there. I will everlastingly embrace those lovely memories deep in my heart and in print of course as I am trying to compile everything in a scrapbook which I never ever had begun. I will find time for that soon.

But for now, enjoy the photographs that I took myself. Here are my favorites.

Who doesn't fall in love with the Eiffel Tower???

You must be a fool if you take a trip to Paris without having to taste the famous "French Onion Soup", which by the way tasted really good.

Here I am posing in front of the world's best Macaroon - Laduree.

I tell you... This is divine. The Taste is just heavenly great!

And you wouldn't want to miss The Louvre, wouldn't you?

The Sacre Couer Basilica. So many people outside but how few goes inside to pray. Sad truth.

The Notre Dame Cathedral. Quasimodo, where are you?

One of my favorite churches - The Madeleine Church.

The Arc de Triomphe. This was built in honor of Napoleon Bonaparte.

Some friendly French men at Montmarte.

The home of Vincent Van Gogh.

Cool gal.

Can't get enough of these lovely Vespas.

The Concorde Square.

When in Paris, take the Hop on, Hop off. :)

Home.

Somebody got married.

I had an Italian Coffee made by a Filipino Priest named Father Libby who cracks me up all the time.

The joys of Frozen Yogurt. :)

Much more stories to tell....

Watabe.

Oh how I miss my favorite Japanese Restaurant in Guam.
The food is just superbly good.
These are one of the many things that I miss about the island. I have a lot on my list, to name a few - the soft clouds, the fire trees that flowers every summertime, the people with a warm Hafa Adai greeting, the beach and how glorious the sunset is...
But today, I just miss Japanese food. I miss Watabe.

This is how the restaurant looks. Authentic looking.

Can I just tell you that there Sashimi is just sooo good.

My all-time favorite - Beef Sukiyaki. I'm lost for words with this dish.

My friend Nadine. I wish I had met her sooner in this lifetime. She is just the nicest.

The whole gang. Nadine, I, Geremiah, Dong and Tedi Mary.

I miss you Watabe.
But I don't miss your talkative waitress. Hahaha!
