A dream is but a dream.

When I was younger, I’ve always dreamt of living alone in a small cottage. Maybe it was enthused by my constant musings of all the magical fairy tales of Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White and Belle of Beauty and the Beast – all of which highlighted tiny cottages in their whimsical stories.  Back when we were kids, my father had a little Nipa Hut assembled for my sister Ina and I in our garden. We would wander around playing house and we had all coziness in the world. I remembered how lovely and well ordered it was. Our mother made us dainty curtains for our wooden windows and we had clay pots and bowls we used as we played cooking. At one point we grew apart from our Nipa Hut maybe because we were pre-occupied with school or maybe because one day, we found out that our parents had our pet rabbits named Cotton and Candy stay there. It was certainly not the same, until one day we had to tear our dear Nipa Hut apart.

If I had not gotten married, I could see myself living solitarily in a small cottage surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with lots of flowers and fruit-bearing trees nearby.
And because the stars were aligned for Jules and I, I am now happily married and can now let go of my cottage reveries. I have newfangled wants and wishes whenever the time is right, that we shall build our own house. A shabby-chic house would be ideal but because I don’t think my husband is up for such loveliness, I opt for a coastal vibe. We both love the beach anyways. I cannot wait for that day to arrive. I just have so much in my head right now that all I do is wander and get inspiration from all over. I have a favorite site that houses all my quirks. It’s called Pinterest.

My friend Joana is now re modeling their newly owned townhouse. She has a very chic interior designer, Elle Uy. I am so excited that they finally have a place of their own. Someday, I will pay them a visit. And I am sure it will be epic.
This white house looks fresh and neat.
I superbly love this house. I am not into the three-storey thing though. I just love the colors and the french windows.
Another white house with lots of open spaces outside. My husband Jules wants a two-storey house. I am not akin with him but still, its okay.
This house is just so me. My trips to Europe had me falling over those flowering plants outside windows and verandas.
This would be a dream house. It would be nice to live in the mountains with all the farm animals to surround you. This is actually Oprah Winfrey's house is Maui, Hawaii. Isn't it just beautiful?

Dreaming...

It's been a week and a day since I have been in a complete bed rest. I eat most of the time in bed too by the little table Jules set up for me. Most of the days, I eat alone in the bedroom. Sometimes, I wonder if I could just go out for awhile and get some sun. I am pale and when it does happen, I look sickly.

Today, I dream of having my meals outdoor, out in the sun, or simply out where there's a breath of fresh air.

This would be my favorite. It would be nice to take a book and just lounge on this wooden chair with Sweet Tea in tow. The view is just spectacular.

My Pink Dream.

I am dreaming hopelessly of a Pink Kitchen in the future with all the pretty pink gadgets and pink fancy wancy stuff.
